Dear Landlord,

My name is Carla, I am 27 years old and originally from Spain. I am a registered nurse with a valid BIG registration, and I am currently preparing my return to the Netherlands after spending some time in Spain.

I have previously lived and worked in the Netherlands, where I gained professional experience and truly enjoyed the Dutch way of life. Unfortunately, due to changes in my housing situation, I had to leave my previous accommodation and temporarily return to Spain. My goal now is to move back permanently and continue building my future in the Netherlands.

I already have several job interviews and employment opportunities arranged in the Almere area and expect to start working shortly after my arrival. Nursing is a stable profession with high demand, and I am committed to establishing myself professionally and personally in the region.

I am a calm, friendly, and responsible person who values a clean, organized, and peaceful home environment. I am respectful of shared spaces and considerate of neighbours and housemates. I do not smoke and I do not have any pets.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, exercising, going for walks, and spending time outdoors. I am also very fond of animals. I speak Dutch and can communicate comfortably, although I continue to improve my language skills every day because I would like to integrate even further into Dutch society.

As I am currently in Spain, attending viewings in person is not always possible. However, I am available for video calls and can provide any documents that may be required, including proof of BIG registration, employment information, identification, references, and proof of financial stability.
